By this application, the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 16.09.2022 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Achalpur in Claim Petition No.62 of 2012.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest within ten weeks from today, the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 16.09.2022 passed in Claim Petition No.62 of 2012 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. TAMBE
