The learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that in compliance with the order of the Tahsildar, which is produced at Annexure-P-6 dated 23.03.2023, the entire amount shall be deposited at the earliest.

Once the amount is deposited by the petitioner and the proof in support thereof is produced before the Tahsildar, we expect the Tahsildar to consider request of the petitioner for release of his vehicle expeditiously.
