Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The investigation is over long back as the charge sheet has been filed already. The charge has also been framed. Offence reported against the applicant is triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, where there is a huge pendency of criminal cases. In such facts and circumstances, no purpose would be served in keeping the applicant behind the bar. Hence, the following order.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- together with solvent surety on condition that the applicant shall attend the court on the dates fixed by the Court regularly, shall cooperate with the court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
