Heard. Perused first information report and reply filed by the non-applicant.

Reading of the first information report discloses that the entire allegations are against coaccused namely Sanghpal. The only allegation leveled against the applicant is about giving threats. In view of this position, there is no necessity to have custodial interrogation, hence, the following order.

(i) Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.

(ii) The ad-interim order dated 09.07.2021

Order 2408aba409.21 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions, with modification that the applicant/accused Dhammapal Gulab Narwade shall attend the concerned police station as and when called.
