At the behest of the petitioners, Crime No.116/2021 came to be registered. The petitioners are seeking directions to the Investigating Officer to add charge against the respondent No.2 in the said Crime. 2.

Once the matter is pending with the competent Court of Judicial Magistrate (First Class), the said issue can be very well agitated by the petitioners before the said Court.

While doing so, we are required to make the Magistrate sensitive about the order dated 27/04/2022 in Criminal Application No.957/2021.
