Counsel for both parties submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of mentioned in pursis jointly signed by the parties. The joint pursis dated 09.07.2025 submitted across the bar is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

According to learned counsel for the appellant submits that the pursis is duly signed by the appellant in his presence however she left due to her illness. The husband of the appellant who is present in Court also ad idem with the counsel for the appellant.

In view of above statement, the appeal is disposed of in terms of pursis dated 09.07.2025. Accordingly, the judgments impugned are modified in terms of the pursis. Decree be drawn accordingly.
