After going through the investigation papers and statement of the victim, it reveals that 16 year girl was subjected for sexual assault by the applicant in his house, which resulted into pregnancy. After hearing for learned counsel for the applicant for some time, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail, considering the prima-facie case made out and there is sufficient material.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file after receipt of DNA report.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file after receipt of DNA report. 4.

The fees of the learned appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
