Date : 8 th July, 2019 The claim made in this petition is for release of family pension and other benefits arising out of the service rendered by one Liladhar Meshram, under the Department of Railways. The petitioner claims herself to be the widow of the said Liladhar Meshram, and has, therefore, remedy of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. Hence, we dismiss this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. All questions are left open.
