Heard learned counsel Shri R.D. Kalra for the applicant/appellant and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs. Mrunal Naik for non-applicant No.2. Learned counsel for non-applicant No.1 chose to remain absent even on second call.

In view of orders passed by this Court (Coram : A.S. Chandurkar, J.) on 29.9.2015, this Court already granted Stay in favour of the applicant/appellant on the applicant/appellant depositing entire decretal amount. In pursuance to the aforesaid orders, entire decretal amount is deposited before this Court.

In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed. Ad interim orders granted on .....2/-
