Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati and others, dated 25.03.2019, contempt of which is alleged has been set aside by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Madhavi Vs. Chagan and Ors., Civil Appeal No.3966 of 2020 decided on 09.12.2020, which position is not disputed by Ms. Lanjewar, learned counsel for the petitioner, considering which, the present petition does not survive. The same is accordingly disposed of, considering the above position.
