By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 20.05.2014 passed by the Court of judicial Magistrate First Class, Akola. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that alternate remedy of filing revision petition before the Sessions Court is available to the petitioner and that the petitioner wishes to avail of that remedy. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to avail of the said alternate remedy. If the petitioner approaches the concerned Court with such a revision petition, the said Court may take into consideration the pendency of this writ petition while deciding the question of delay.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with above directions.
