The applicant is already protected by interim bail by the trial Court which was further extended by this Court from time to time.

The applicant was arrested in connection with Crime No.84/2020 registered at Channi Police Station, Tah. Patur and District - Akola for the offences punishable under Section 354 A(3) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with 11 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act).

The allegation against the present applicant is that he forwarded 4 to 5 obscene photographs over the WhatsApp of the prosecutrix. The mobile and sim card of the victim and the applicant have already been seized and sent for forensic report.

In such circumstances and considering the nature of allegations, the applicant deserves bail and hence, the interim protection which was granted to the applicant is hereby confirmed on the following conditions.
ORDER
i) The criminal bail application is allowed.
ii) The applicant shall furnish P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. iii) The applicant shall not in any manner tamper with the evidences.
iv) The applicant shall make himself available as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
v) The criminal application is disposed of accordingly. 6.
