By this Application, the applicant prays for condonation of delay of 51 days in filing the appeal against acquittal. Perused the contents of the Application. I am satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the application. In view thereof, the delay is condoned, with payment of costs of Rs. 500/ (five hundred), to be paid to Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur.
