Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2] The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime 415/2020 registered with Police Station - Balapur for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

3] The case of the prosecution is that the applicant and the deceased were in a relationship and because the applicant did not fulfill the promise to marry, the deceased committed suicide.

4] Vide order dated 07.08.2020 the applicant was protected and was directed to co-operate with investigation and to hand over the mobile handset and sim card. Shri B.M. Lonare, learned Additional Public Prosecutor

5] Considering the accusations and the fact that the investigation shall not be hampered if the applicant is protected, the interim order dated 07.08.2020 is made absolute.

6] The applicant shall attend Police Station - Balapur as and when require by Investigation Officer. 7] The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any attempt to influence the witnesses.

8] The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the jurisdictional Court.
