The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application. However, the submission is that although the charge-sheet is filed on 06.07.2017 there is no significant development in the trial.

The applicant is at liberty to apply for bail afresh if there is no significant development or progress in the trial within a reasonable period.
