We see no reason to grant such relief particularly having regard to the pleadings made in paragraph 4 of the reply. As such, the application stands disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO. 3449 OF 2016 We deem it appropriate to post the matter for consideration on 09-9-2024 so as to enable the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to demonstrate the shortfalls as are noted in paragraph 4 of the reply thereby demonstrating the B.B.A. degree which the petitioner is

2 wp3449.16 holding, issued by Manipal University, can be said to be a recognized degree for the purpose of admission for B.Ed. course.
