This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent No.1 seeking permission to file undertaking in terms of order dated 13/03/2020 passed by this Court for enabling the respondent No.1 to withdraw amount of Rs.10,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner.

By the said order the respondent No.1 was required to file the undertaking within a period of two weeks from the date of the order. The learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No.1 submits that due to COVID-19 crisis and the consequent lock-down the

2 / 2 03-CAW 951.2020 undertaking could not be furnished within the aforesaid period of time. On this basis a prayer is made for permission to file the undertaking within two weeks from today.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the respondent No.1 is permitted to file the undertaking in terms of order dated 13/03/2020 within a period of two weeks from today so as to enable the applicant/respondent No.1 to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner.
