We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with direction to the respondent No.2-Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune to decide the claim of the petitioner, as was forwarded by the respondent No.3Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati vide communication dated 1-12-2023 (Annexure-XI to the petition) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order.
