For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in bringing on record the legal representatives of the respondent No.1 is condoned. After setting aside the abatement, the legal representatives are permitted to be brought on record.

The applications are allowed and disposed of. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.3502/2015.

Though the prayer for condoning the delay is opposed by the learned Counsel for the claimants, the delay is condoned subject to costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid by the applicant to the claimants within a period of four weeks from today. The delay is condoned on aforesaid terms. Civil application is disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.3503/2015.

On the applicant depositing the amount of compensation within a period of one week from today, the stay granted on 18-12-2015 shall continue to operate. JUDGE /MULEY/
