Perused the reply of the prosecution and the charge-sheet.

Admittedly, there is not a single witness, who has stated that any inducement was given by this applicant, which made the investors lodge their money with M/s. Anmol India Agro Herbal Farming & Dairies Care Company Limited. The only allegation against this applicant is that he used to manage other properties of the main accused, which properties are not the subject matter of this case. Now the investigation is over. Therefore, this applicant would be entitled to be released on bail.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand)

ba.413.18 2/2 together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

i.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

ii. The applicant shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

The application is disposed of.
