DATE : 29.09.2016 By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 27.8.2015 in Writ Petition No.2759/2015.

Mrs. Munshi, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents states that since some formalities were required to be completed, the amount was not released in favour of the petitioner within time. It is stated that all the benefits have been released in favour of the petitioner during the pendency of the contempt petition.

Shri Khan, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made on behalf of the respondents. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
