2] The learned APP brought to our notice that already the same appellant/accused has filed Criminal Appeal No. 275/2019 challenging the order of conviction passed in Sessions Case No. 27/2012. On perusal of record it is apparent that, appellant by appointing Advocate of his choice has already filed appeal. Moreover, the said appeal is already admitted vide order dated 01/04/2019. Since this appeal is through the appointed Advocate regarding the same cause, it does not survive.

3] Hence, the Criminal Appeal stands disposed.

4] The fees of the Advocate appointed to represent the appellant shall be quantified as per the Rules.
