DATED : 12-02-2025 The only relief which is being pressed into service is the release of retiral benefits. The learned AGP has tendered across the bar letter 27.1.2025 which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification, which indicates that the Dy. Director of Vocational Education and Training, has expressed his readyness, for release of retiral benefits to the original petitioner in pursuance to which, the respondent No. 2 has already submitted all the necessary documents. Learned AGP therefore submits, that the proposal for grant of terminal benefits shall be considered and processed in terms of the law applicable within a period of four weeks from today.
