DATED : 20-12-2024 The learned AGP does not dispute that since the order of suspension of the fair price shop license, does not specify the period of suspension, the same would be governed by the judgments of this Court in Eknath Pandurang Digole Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors [2011(1)Mh.L.J. 1023] on account of which the impugned order 14.3.2023 is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter remitted back to the District Supply officer, Nagpur, for fresh decision.
