Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The appellant's wants stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and decree. Order dated 13/08/2019 mentions that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation before this Court. In view of that nothing remains to be executed. Hence, stay application is disposed of.

If the claimants will come with a request for deposit of deficit amount, in that case the appellant can revive its request for stay.
