Heard.

There is no direction by this Court which restrains Gram Panchayat from terminating lease of the petitioner. As such, the grievance that by order dated 25.2.2016 in Writ Petition No.5064 of 201 is breached, is unsustainable. On the contrary, this Court has restrained respondent-Gram Panchayat from leasing out the fishing tank in favour of any third party, till expiry of lease agreement in favour of the petitioner-society in June, 2017.

Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to take .....2/-

such other steps as are open to it in law, we dispose of the contempt petition. No costs.
