The Court of 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, has submitted a letter dated 15.12.2018, making a request for extension of time of two months for disposing of Special Civil Suit No.349 of 2013, which had been directed to be disposed of in time bound frame by this Court.

For the reasons stated in the letter, the Court of 5th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur is granted extension of two months for deciding the aforesaid special civil suit.
