This is an application for condonation of delay of 4515 days in filing appeal.

The delay is inordinate. The learned Counsel for the appellants has stated that the appellants are poor farmers. They were not aware about the legal procedure. Others in similar matters have got more compensation and therefore, they have filed this appeal.

For the reasons given in the application, the delay is condoned.

The appellants shall not claime the interest on the delayed period and statutory benefits.

The appeal be registered.
