The application is for grant of bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Crime No.611/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(j) and 376(AB) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent, and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown disinclination to grant bail. The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file before this Court after recording the evidence of the victim.
