We have perused the papers. The spot panchanama and map show that body was lying on right side of road while the motor cycle which was driven by the deceased travelled little further and then fell down. There are no tyre marks or marks of any dash/impact anywhere.

In this situation, contention that deceased was given a dash or was brought down deliberately cannot be accepted as it is not borne out from the record. In the light of the above arguments, we see no case made out for issuance of directions for

0112wp396.15 further investigation or fresh investigation into it. However, with liberty to applicant to take such other steps as are open in law, we dispose of writ petition. No costs.
