After this matter was argued for sometime and we indicated that we want to dismiss this application, the learned counsel for the applicant based on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this application and also volunteers to pay costs of Rs.10,000/- in favour of District Legal Services Authority, Nagpur. Learned counsel submits that such costs will be paid within a period of 15 days form today and even compliance report will be filed in this Court. 2.

If no compliance report is filed within 15 days from today, Registry to place the matter on the board so that this Court can consider whether any action is required to be taken against the applicant including the action for breach of undertaking to pay costs.
