This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased petitioner on record on the ground that right to sue survives to them.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) which reads as under;

"i) Grant permission to the applicants for being brought on record as the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner as petitioner Nos. 1 (a) to 1 (c) in the interest of justice".
