The applicant/Insurance Company is seeking condonation of delay of 111 days in filing appeal against the judgment and order dt 19.10.2023 in E.C.A. No.3/2017. 3.

Though the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3/claimants strongly opposed the application, but considering the statutory rights of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.

After registration of appeal, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 waives service.
