This is an application for substitute service to the respondent No.1.

The petitioners were permitted to serve the respondents by private mode in addition to regular mode of service and thereupon, the notices were served to the respondent No.1 by registered post acknowledgment due. However, it was received back with endorsement "Item Onhold Door Locked-Intimation Served".

In that view of the matter, the petitioners wants to serve the respondent No.1 by substitute service by paper publication.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
