1] Shri Ansari, Advocate holding for Shri Harish Dangre, the learned counsel in both matters informs that his efforts to obtain instructions from petitioners have failed. He is seeking further adjournment.

2] Shri Verma, the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.3 and 4 submits that both petitioners have left employment way back in 2012 and 2007 respectively. According to him, all their claims have been settled when he left the employment. Mrs. A.R. Kulkarni, learned A.G.P. appears for respondent no.2.

3] In this situation, we find that due to passage of time and leaving of employment, petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matters. Accordingly, we
