DATE : February 26, 2021 In Writ Petition No.5312/2017 this Court on 16/12/2019 directed the respondent No.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioners with regard to correction of their Pay -Scales and removal of anomaly therefrom. As the aforesaid direction was not complied with the petitioners have filed the present contempt petition. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that on 11/09/2020 the respondent No.1 has passed an order and the representation made by the petitioners has been decided. The grievance however is that the relief as sought by the petitioners has not been granted to them.

In the light of the fact that the only direction issued was to decide the representation and take a decision, the same has been done by the order dated 11/09/2020. If the petitioners are not satisfied with the said order they are free to take legal redress of that order in accordance with law.
