Learned Counsel for petitioner strenuously tries to demonstrate breach of principles of natural justice and premature termination of contract causing loss to petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel for respondent no.1 submits that advance intimation of petition has been received by him. According to him, contract is a pure civil non-statutory contract and petitioner can file appropriate proceedings for damages. 3.

Petitioner was given a labour contract to provide data entry operators. That contract has been terminated. 4.

It is therefore obvious that petitioner has to file appropriate proceedings in which disputed questions of facts can be resolved.

Hence, with liberty to petitioner to take such other steps as are open in law, we dispose of writ petition as well as civil application. No costs.
