MAY 7, 2025 The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent no.2 - Collector, Nagpur, has passed the impugned order without giving opportunity of hearing. 2] Mr. D.V. Chauhan, learned Government Pleader/Senior Counsel, submits that respondent no.2 will hear the petitioner, if the matter is remanded back. 3] In view of above, the petition is partly allowed. Order dated 2/4/2025 passed by respondent no.2 is quashed and set aside. The enquiry being Revenue/B-1-A/Land/Ka.Vi./34/2025 is remanded back to respondent no.2 for consideration afresh in accordance with law.
4] The petitioner shall appear before respondent no.2 tomorrow, i.e., on 8/5/2025, at 11:00 a.m.
5] The petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
