The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the applicants/appellants has submitted that the amount of compensation will be deposited within two weeks in this Court. In view of the statement made on behalf of the applicants/appellants, permission to deposit the amount of compensation within two weeks in this Court is granted. Upon depositing the amount of compensation within two weeks in this Court, the impugned judgment and award dated 16/7/2013 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Daryapur, District : Amravati in Land Acquisition Case No.01/2012 is hereby stayed, until further orders.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
