Pursuant to the order dated 16.12.2021, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted that a decision on the communication dated 13.07.2011 was taken on 06.09.2021. By that decision, the respondent no.1 has indicated that it would not be possible to grant appointment to the petitioner on the post of Health Worker (Male).

In view of aforesaid, since the necessary decision has been taken nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition. The petitioners are free to seek legal redress if they are aggrieved by the communication dated 06.09.2021. The contempt petition is disposed of.
