This is an application for condonation of delay and the second application is for restoration of appeal, which came to be dismissed for default, on the ground that the deficit court fee stamp was not paid.
It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that as the amount of compensation was paid subsequently, there was delay in depositing the court fee stamp. It is further submitted that the applicant will furnish the deficit court fee stamp within two weeks.
In view thereof, both these applications, one for condonation of delay and another for restoration of appeal are allowed subject to condition of applicant depositing the deficit court fee stamp within two weeks.
