This is an application seeking permission to deposit the decretal amount and grant of stay.

Heard Mrs. Babarde, learned AGP for appellants/applicants. She submitted that she would be depositing the decretal amount of Rs. 5,07, 097/- vide a cheque, within a period of two weeks. Permission to deposit is granted.

On depositing the decretal amount within two weeks, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 12th July, 2013 in LAC Case No.2/2012 passed by learned Civil Judge, S.D. Daryapur Dist.Amravati. The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE sahare
