This is an application seeking permission to deposit the share in amount of award along with interest. Heard Mr. Naik, learned counsel for appellant/ applicant. She submitted that she would be depositing the decretal amount within a period of one week. Permission to deposit is granted.

On depositing the decretal amount within one week, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 18/02/2019 in Claim Petition No. 1106/2008 passed by M.A.C.T-2. Nagpur, until further orders.
