This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Criminal Appeal. The appellant is convicted by the learned Judge of the Court below of the offence under Section 395, Indian Penal Code, and he is directed

to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for ten years. There is a delay of seventeen days in filing the appeal. Since the appellant is in jail, the application is allowed and delay is condoned.
