Applicant Lalitkumar Mohta seeks a direction to call records from Official Liquidator. Effort is to demonstrate that it was not necessary to auction Mohta House earlier or to auction Marble House.

Mohta house is already auctioned and it has attained finality. Official Liquidator is not proceeding against Marble House. Civil application is therefore disposed of as infructuous.
