In view of the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2013, it is time now that respondent No.3 Committee takes its decision in the matter at the earliest. Accordingly, petition is partly allowed. Respondent No.3 Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order. Rule accordingly. No costs.
