By this application, the applicants are seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount on the ground that the land of the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) is already acquired by the Government under the compulsory acquisition. Now, they have no source of income and they are in dire need of financial assistance.

Learned Advocate appearing for appellant has no objection for withdrawal of the amount.

In view of that application is allowed and respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.6,58,194/- alongwith accrued interest.

4.

The amount alongwith accrued interest be disbursed to the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d), on due identification and verification.

5.

The civil application is disposed of.

Learned Advocate Mr Dapurkar for the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) submitted that the issue involved in the appeal is already covered by the earlier judgment of this Court in First Appeal No.486 of 2011.

In view of the above, appeal be placed before the Court, after vacation for final disposal.
