Learned Advocate Mr. Nikhil Daga, holding for learned Advocate Mr. Amol Jaltare, states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondents in civil revision application. 02.

This is an application for condonation of 903 days caused in filing the revision application. The impugned order is dated 22/07/2022. It is not in dispute that the applicant has filed an application seeking review of the said order 22/07/2022 on 02/08/2022 and the application for review was rejected vide order dated 13/03/2025. The civil revision is filed on 09/04/2025. The application is within limitation, if the time spent in prosecuting the application for review is excluded. 03.

The learned Advocate for the applicant, therefore, states that the delay deserves to be condoned.

Per contra, the learned Advocate for the non-applicants opposes the application.

Perusal of the reply will demonstrate the fact that an application for review of the impugned order was filed on 02/08/2022 and the same was decided on 13/03/2025 is not in dispute. 06.

In view of the aforesaid, the application for condonation of delay is allowed. Civil Revision Application be registered accordingly. 07.

List the civil revision for hearing on admission on 17th November, 2025.
