An appeal filed by the petitioner, an aspirant for recruitment in the Central Armed Police Forces, was rejected as time barred. The review carried from such order also proved to be abortive. These orders are under challenge in this Writ Petition.
3. Mr. A.J. Gilda, representing the respondent No.5, fairly submits that the respondent No.5 in his capacity as the

Having regard to the fair stand of the respondent No.5, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon him to decide the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The resultant order may be communicated to the petitioner without any delay. There shall be no order as to costs.
