Considering that the conviction and sentence is of four years and the statement that the fine has already been paid on 19/05/2022 vide receipt No.0717075, issued by the Assistant Superintendent, District Court, Amravati, (Annexure P-1) and the grounds raised in the memo of appeal, the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Court, Amravati is hereby suspended and the applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and one solvent surety in like amount.

The criminal application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
